Bachelor of Arts - Organizational Management
The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management program is designed for students who have some full-time work experience and desire to improve their understanding of how organizations function and develop effective skills in management and leadership. Focused attention is given to defining and understanding strategic planning, financial management, law and marketing, and other areas in which an organizational leader must be knowledgeable in order to be effective.
The Organizational Management program examines the human side of managing organizations, allowing for skill development in communication, group behavior, decision-making, human resource management, and ethics.
Organizational Management graduates are prepared for careers as leaders of organizations.
